Prayer
As a CoLaborers International community, we desire to be people who pray for each other and rejoice together for all that God is doing in our lives and around the world. Prayer is powerful. We have the ability to humbly present our requests before the God of the Universe. Through prayer, God meets us where we are in our lives and can even call us to action to help meet the needs of those around us. Prayer allows us to have open and honest conversations with God, knowing that no thought or phrase could ever tarnish God’s love for us.
As a community, we are able to carry the burdens of others through prayer. Galatians 6:2 reminds us that as we carry the burdens of others, we fulfill the law of Christ. Likewise, we are also told in Romans 12:15 that we should, “Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep.” God is certainly at work in the world and we all have the privilege to be part of it.
