Waiting for a Miracle
March 31, 2026
Have you had a time when you weren’t sure how you were going to make it? Where you has done all you knew to do and it still wasn’t enough? And then someone, some miracle, stepped in. The relief you felt? I know I have had times like that in my own life.
Alot of the people we serve are in that space right now. Needing emergency food relief, looking at their child wondering how can they afford to get them to school, needing someone who they can trust to walk with them compassionately through addiction recovery, families needing resources beyond themselves. That is our call. To walk beside and help carry that weight.
As we are in holy week looking to Easter, I’m reminded of how Jesus came to do that for us. To walk compassionately beside us. To feed the hungry. To offer forgiveness, perspective, hope when we feel trapped. To bear a weight we never could.
Little is much in the hands of Jesus. I am asking you for help please.
Please give anything you can so we can continue reaching impoverished communities in Zambia, Costa Rica, and Kenya. We are solely donations based from givers like you.
Let’s spread light together,
Melissa
Isaiah 58:10 “Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon.
